Wie auch immer - es könnte bei uns noch ein Platz im Auto frei sein, aber das entscheidet sich recht kurz vor dem Winterwijk-Wochenende - und auch, ob wir Donnerstag losfahren oder schon Mittwoch, um noch irgendwo auf dem Weg einen Freizeitpark zu besuchen und Achterbahn zu fahren. Schreib mir einfach ne PN, Mail ist freigeschaltet.

I\'m just back from my fav. Indian restaurant and it was - 26 C in Canada tonight!  

My comment about 550 km was true with no double-meaning.  I have to go 700 km to visit my parents in my home town in Canada.   The trains in Europe are high-speed so for me, it\'s a piece of cake.  It takes me 11 hours to get back to my parents on a SLOW TRAIN in Canada.

I didn\'t want to ask for a ride from Berlin to Winterswijk.   I\'m not a cheapskate looking for a cheap trip to Winterswijk.  I actually always love to meet interesting people on the train so I thought it might be fun to go from Berlin to Winterswijk.   Good stuff for my  novels.  

However,  due to your nice offer, I would accept to get a ride to Winterswijk and I\'d pay half the gas costs.  I\'ll email you directly later this week.  Ich komme gut auf Deutsch zurecht...    I could care less about speaking English.    hehehe   I will make sure to come to Berlin a few extra days (than planned) so I can case the place out.  I\'d love to hang around a few Berliners and do some uke songs on the streets!!!  No museums for me... just hang around the ukesters of Berlin!  What joy!  Was für eine Freude!

I\'m really excited about meeting the whole UKE gang in Winterswijk!!!
