Ich kann dem Goschi da nur beipflichten. Obwohl ich kein ausgewiesener Freund von den Brükos bin (einfach weil mir außer den Ahorn-Modellen der Klang nicht gefällt (OK, die Bariton von torstenohneH ist auch ein Ausnahmestück)), steht die Qualität und die handwerkliche Meisterleistung wohl außer Frage. Das es bei einem einzelnen Instrument  mal einen \"Fehler\" geben kann, kommt immer mal vor. Und wer weiß was gerade dieser Brüko beim Flug über den großen Teich alles widerfahren ist. Ich bin aber Felsenfest davon überzeugt das Familie Pfeiffer dieses Problem zur Zufriedenheit aller lösen wird.

@x-berger: Threads werden hier nur von den Moderatoren gelöscht wenn es sich um offensichtlichen SPAM handelt oder wenn der Thread zu Problemen für den Forenbetreiber führen kann. Eine einzige Abmahnung kann zum finanziellen Kollaps von Kay und dem Ende des ganzen Forums führen. Denke, das will keiner. Auf jeden Fall wird hier sehr sparsam gelöscht und das ist auch gut so. Ich bin 100% stimmt mit dir.

I was always going to contact Herr Pffeiffer about the problem later this week and not go on and on about it here.  My initial reaction was just extreme disappointment (not intending to question their quality control) and to ask for ideas here and I was going to wait a few days.  I\'m also a procrastinator when certain problems arise.  Things have just suddenly moved faster then me to resolve the problem!  8-)

The purpose of this thread was my order and anticipation of the flat black and I still want one!  That hasn\'t changed at all.  I will do a video review of it and the cool song \"Nine Hundred Miles.\"

Die zweite Brüko ist in Keiner da angekommen!  Picobello!   No buzzing,  alles in Ordnung.

They even included an extra set of Pyramid strings!
