Ukulele Build in Finland

This was done as part of the Helsinki Festival - a true \'workshop\'...

Last week I was in Finland with 4 students building ukulele from my kits.



At the end of 20 hours this is what we had:



Spot the Finns, the Australian and the Englishman!

Each kit was mastergrade or 3A koa - I didn\'t realise it... I just picked the wood out of the pile! Students got to where it was set up and ready to play without the finish yet being applied. Here is one finished as it were:



It was a strenuous 3 days for me but I am up for doing this anywhere in the world with 4 students and a workshop. This was the key. We worked in an adult training centre with some great facilities. However I am working on a near complete portable course...

What a great result! I guess your kit is better than the one Thomann is offering^^
